The California Harvest Hall (55 Harrison Street) is a 185,000sf six-story, mixed-use facility, and home to not only KPW Structural Engineers but also Sunset Magazine, and the Oakland Athletics. Sitting on the edge of Jack London Square's waterfront, Building F1 is a significant feature for the future development of the square. The building's lower levels provide space for events, markets, and dining, while the four upper levels provide office space. The efficient building holds a LEED Silver certification is designed to the highest of structural and seismic standards.
