Sunset Magazine Tenant Improvement

Oakland, CA

The tenant improvement consists of renovations to one floor of an existing six-story steel-framed commercial building for general office use. The project includes two kitchens, archive storage, a wine cellar, a garden space, and a meeting and entertainment room. High-end architectural features include self-supported office pods, timber trellis structures, exposed structural elements, and full height glass walls, creating an attractive and integrated workspace that accommodates one-on-one sessions, small group collaboration environments, and larger rooms for assemblies, meetings, and presentations.
