San Leandro High School, San Leandro, CA
This project involves the design of a 70,000sf, three-story classroom office building for humanities, math, science, technology. The project also includes a new library, administration office, and new gymnasium; with boys and girls locker rooms, mat and dance rooms, and a kitchen facility. The campus includes a covered lunch area, covered walkways, and site landscaping. The school meets California High-Performance Schools (CHPS) standards. A high-performance school is an energy and resource efficient as well as healthy, comfortable, well lit, and containing the amenities for a quality education.
